How do I start a subscription?

Start a subscription by visiting the Boono Toilet Roll page and selecting a subscription frequency that works for you.

How often can I get toilet paper delivered?

We offer flexible delivery of toilet paper in batches of 24 or 48 rolls, as frequently as monthly. Never run out by scheduling toilet roll deliveries at a time and frequency that suit you.

How do I manage my subscription?

Visit our subscription portal to view your existing subscription and manage delivery frequency and payment info.

Will I be charged for delivery?

All subscriptions come with FREE delivery on us! We'll ship it out on the day that your subscription is scheduled for and it'll arrive shortly after.

Can I return subscription orders?

Yes! You can return your order under the same terms as our standard refund policy.


What is your returns policy?

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days. Please view our returns policy for more information.

How do I track my order?

All our orders come with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link in your dispatch email.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we don't take orders over the phone at this time.

Do you accept international orders?

At the moment we only accept orders from the UK.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order through your confirmation emails, or get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel your order before it's dispatched.

What should I do if The Boono arrives damaged?

Get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I collect my order?

Yes - we're in Warminster, Wiltshire. If you want to collect, please place an order and we'll let you know when it's ready for collection. If it's on the way back to our home we'll also drop it to you.
